Our Christmas Eve
The Garrett Traditional Christmas Eve was great. It was even better with two kids that were excited for the morning to come then it was with only one. We made our traditional Christmas Eve cookies, sang Christmas songs, drove around looking at Christmas lights, and read the Christmas Story after which we placed baby Jesus in his cradle. We even looked up Santa's location on the NORAD Santa Tracker.
After Philip and I got the kids in bed for good, we did the traditional Garrett parent collapse. Some how we got the energy to help Santa when he arrived with gifts for our wonderful children.
This is Hannah licking something she thinks has cookie dough on it.
That night we also had a special visitor that is anonymous even to us. And we wanted to thank them from the bottom of our hearts for their gracious gift.
