First Born

J-man came to us only 15 months after we tied the knot. I remember what a cute little burrito he was. That's what we used to call him.. our little burrito. We would wrap him up tight and put him in his bed. And every time he would wiggle out of his blanket and sometimes even out of his PJ bottoms. And he would do all of it in his sleep.
He's is such a great kid. He's almost 8 now and is a smart, articulate, and sensitive little soul. He absolutely loves video games and movies. We have to really watch the time he spends doing these things. But he's really good at following the rules.
He loves Star Wars, Legos, and to act out movies and made up adventures alone in his room. We can hear him making fighting noises and pretend bombs going off from the living room. He also loves his little sister. He likes to play made up games with her where he makes up the rules. And of course almost always the rules change throughout the period of the game.
