Ice Ice Baby

They're calling this ice storm "Ice Storm 2009" in the news. Arkansas Governor has declared it a state of emergency and Pres. Obama has given government aid. I guess it's the worst Ice storm in over 10 years. A few hundred thousand still don't have power and heat. But we are so very blessed to still be warm and cozy hold up in our little house. The sun is out and it warmed up to 25 degrees so the snow and ice might actually melt.
Jonathon has been out of school for three and a half days now. Such a long weekend. Now if we had a sled our driveway would be oh so fun. I think we'll make good use of the boxes in the garage. As a kid that's what we used anyway.
So hot coco, video games, movies, board games and indoor dodge ball is my near future until it gets warmer.
